Technical Difficulties

Waiter! There's a fly in my soup!
Waiter: Hi, my name is Dave, I'll be your technical support assistant.
How may I provide you with excellent service?
Patron: Dave, there's a fly in my soup!
Waiter: Try your soup again maybe the fly is gone.
Patron: (looks at soup) No, it's still there.
Waiter: Maybe it's the way you're using the soup. Try eating it with a fork .
Patron: (tries fork) No, Dave, even with the fork, the fly's still there.
Waiter: What are your table-settings? Have you tried reversing the
position of your knife and spoon?
Patron: (makes the switch) No. Still nothing.
Waiter: This might be a server problem. Its usually a server problem.
Patron: YOU'RE MY SERVER!
Waiter: Well, maybe the soup is incompatible with the bowl. What kind of bowl are you using?
Patron: A SOUP bowl!
Waiter: Hmmm, that should work. Maybe it's a configuration problem. How was the bowl set up? Can you remember everything you did before you noticed the fly in your soup? Did you change the flavor settings? Did you alter the salt or pepper content or downloaded anything else into the soup?
Patron: Just crackers.
Waiter: And where did you get the crackers?
Patron: FROM YOU! THEY CAME WITH THE SOUP!!
Waiter: You took the cellophane off first before inserting the crackers, didn't you?
Patron: Of course!
Waiter: They should be okay then. Hmmm. Have you considered
upgrading to the latest Soup of the Day?
Patron: You have more than one Soup of the Day each day?
Waiter: Yes, the Soup of the Day is changed hourly.
Patron: What is the Soup of the Day now?
Waiter: Tomato version 3.327.
Patron: Fine. Bring me that, but please hurry, I'm starving.
(The waiter leaves and returns two hours later with a big pot of soup.)
Waiter: Oh, hold on a minute, I'm sorry I can't serve you in that bowl.
Patron: What are you talking about.
Waiter: We don't work with those bowls anymore. Those things are total dinosaurs!
