In a narrow brightly lit storefront, San Dong House BBQ offers up eighteen varieties of authentic San Dong Style Hand Pulled Noodles.
The steady thwack of dough being slapped on a wooden board attests to the fact that they are all pulled in-house. The expansive menu here includes a bevy of boiled dumplings (shui jiao) and a huge number of skewer sticks.
